Harry Potter is a good time. After the third movie (Alfonso Cuaron is a fanTASTic director, even if you didn't love Children of Men), I had to immediately read the fourth book so I could find out what happened next. A reading frenzy ensued, with each subsequent book finished faster than the previous. I think I read up to book six in about six weeks. Book seven will not disappoint: I was actually considering a re-read just this week. I wonder if I can find a used copy somewhere in Madison...
By the way, I keep subconsciously doing something I've dubbed "The Mary Raven Maneuver". I'll explain at a later date...

Yes! Read book 7 again! I'll probably start it tomorrow night. I need to hold off tomorrow morning and fold some laundry and whatnot. :) After I read the books, I'll watch the movies, even though I didn't love Children of Men.
