Track Day - 1/2 mile repeats

-Warm-up: 1 mile run to/from the cemetery
-15 minutes of 1/2 mile repeats on the track = 1.25 miles
-5 min rest
-15 minutes of 1/2 mile repeats - 1 mile.

Total: 3.25

And yesterday I went swimming for the first time in over a year. 1000 yds. It was surprisingly easy!
